About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join Luxury Jobs in Dubai to craft and publish engaging content that showcases luxury career opportunities and employer brands. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and publish visual and written posts for major social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars to align with hiring campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to synchronize content with recruitment initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends in the luxury and recruitment sectors.

Required profile

• Ability to create compelling social media content tailored to luxury audiences.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills with attention to brand consistency.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
• Comfort analysing engagement data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation; luxury or recruitment experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
