Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Social Media Coordinator will join Bahrain Lawyers’ digital team to shape and amplify the brand’s presence across social platforms. Working on‑site in the Northern Governorate, you will create engaging content that highlights the platform’s legal services and supports broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts for major social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with product, legal and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Support digital campaigns that promote new features, legal resources and platform updates.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and engaging copy.
• Attention to detail and understanding of culturally appropriate communication for a legal services audience.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media, marketing or communications; experience in legal, professional services or tech platforms is a plus.
