Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the award‑winning Rimal Spa at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, delivering luxury wellness experiences to hotel guests and members. Reporting to hotel management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining high service standards and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell customized spa programmes to guests and members.
• Manage daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, Turkish hammam suites and CACI Synergy equipment.
• Oversee revenue management, using data to maximise income.
• Ensure seamless communication between spa and all hotel departments.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards across all spa facilities.
• Lead, coach and schedule spa staff, handling recruitment and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory, ordering of products and equipment.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, sales and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in spa management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with spa management software and equipment.
