Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role
The Spa Manager will lead the award‑winning European Rimal Spa within the five‑star Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, delivering world‑class wellness experiences to guests and members.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell customized spa programmes.
- Ensure effective communication with all hotel departments.
- Utilise revenue‑management data to maximise spa revenue.
- Maintain guest and member satisfaction, prioritising safety and service.
Required profile
- Minimum five years’ experience in spa management with comprehensive knowledge of spa operations.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and passion for standards excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
Required skills
- Opera property management system.
- Microsoft Office suite.
