Sr. Specialist Demand Planning

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Demand Planning, you will ensure optimal inventory levels across stores, preventing out‑of‑stock and overstock situations. You will work closely with category managers and suppliers to drive accurate forecasting and efficient replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current inventory status and adjust ordering parameters to avoid OOS or OVS.
• Monitor daily stock movements and generate inventory adjustment reports.
• Maintain replenishment model parameters such as lead times, reorder points, and economic order quantities.
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders, and track receipt.
• Coordinate inventory management with Category Managers and ensure timely reporting of purchase forecasts.
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
