About the role
Real Value Contracting is hiring fresh graduates for Steel Fitter positions at its shipyard located in Manama, Bahrain. The role does not require any prior shipyard experience. Successful applicants will be enrolled in a 15‑day intensive training programme delivered by the Shipyard Excellence Academy, after which they will be ready to perform steel fitting tasks on shipbuilding projects.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior shipyard experience is required.
- Must be willing to learn steel fitting skills.
- Must complete the 15‑day training programme.
- Must be interested in working in Bahrain.
