Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The role combines sales leadership, team development, visual merchandising and operational cost control to deliver strong performance and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, sales activities, customer service, merchandising, stock management and store maintenance.
• Lead, motivate and schedule the store team to achieve sales targets, productivity goals and KPI standards.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales, conversion rates, average transaction value and implement initiatives to exceed targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, product displays and promotional execution in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, discrepancy investigations and shrinkage control.
• Control cash handling, daily reconciliation, discounts, refunds and other financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety, security, loss‑prevention policies and conduct regular store inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in store or retail management with a strong understanding of sales processes, inventory and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train and develop retail teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
