Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Are you a passionate retail leader with a proven track record of driving sales and developing high‑performing teams? We are looking for experienced Store Managers to join our La Senza and GANT stores in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Manage store operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support employee development.
• Ensure an engaging shopping experience that reflects the values of the brand.
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing day‑to‑day store operations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speakers are preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
