Supply Planner – Beverages & Meals

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Supply Planner responsible for production planning of beverage and meal SKUs across specific manufacturing assets. You will develop short‑ and long‑term supply chain plans, work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand teams, and ensure accurate forecasting and scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items, meeting KPIs such as customer fill rate and inventory targets.
• Generate master and detailed schedules, capacity‑aware material requirement plans, and support finite scheduling using system tools.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance plan accuracy and reduce waste.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems and provide regular management reporting.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG with shelf‑life constraints.
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data interpretation.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; supply chain certification is a plus.
