About the role
We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead performance and talent management activities across the organisation. The role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, career development and talent review processes, ensuring a high‑performing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full Talent Management Cycle, from recruitment to talent reviews.
- Identify training needs, design programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor training budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers.
- Support onboarding and career development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
