Tele‑Sales Agent – Phone Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tele‑Sales Agent to join our call centre team. You will engage prospects over the phone, promote our products or services, and turn leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to prospects and follow scripted sales talks.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services and record orders.
• Generate and qualify leads from referrals, cold‑calling and other legal sources.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, accounts and sales activities in the company system.
• Support the line manager with ad‑hoc tasks and contribute to team KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school certification; diploma and work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation and ability to persuade.
• Excellent listening skills and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
