About the role

YAS Holding is seeking a creative Theater Decor Specialist to join its team in Manama. The role focuses on conceiving, designing, and constructing unique theater décor that meets both artistic vision and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, set designers, and artistic teams to develop décor concepts.
• Source appropriate materials and oversee their procurement.
• Construct decorative pieces, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
• Manage installation and removal of stage sets, adhering to project timelines.
• Maintain strict safety compliance throughout the design and construction process.

Required profile

• Proficiency with design tools and software for theater décor and stage design.
• Strong carpentry, material handling, and set‑construction abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with artistic stakeholders.
• Effective time‑management and organizational capabilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of safety standards in set construction.
• Background in theater set design, event production, or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, fine arts, or a related discipline preferred.
