About the role
The Transport In Charge will oversee employee transportation operations for a leading hotel group in Bahrain. This role ensures that staff travel is coordinated efficiently, schedules are adhered to, and transportation services run smoothly on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all employee transport activities, including vehicle allocation and driver coordination.
- Develop, maintain and adjust transport schedules to meet hotel staffing needs.
- Ensure reliable, safe, and timely transportation services for hotel personnel.
- Resolve operational issues related to fleet usage, route changes, or driver availability.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill transport requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation coordination or fleet operations.
- Strong scheduling and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate drivers and meet transport demands.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality or staff transportation is preferred.
