TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (Bahrain)

About the role

Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative to join its team in Bahrain. The role supports active‑duty service members and their families by providing education, enrollment and claims assistance for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency.

Key responsibilities

• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers and other actions using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.
• Update Primary Care Manager assignments in accordance with Military Treatment Facility guidelines, both individually and in batch.
• Deliver beneficiary education and customer service in person and by phone, covering TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment and basic claims status.
• Conduct informational briefings for events such as in‑processing, out‑processing, maternity and pre‑separation/retirement.
• Record daily activities and Other Health Insurance information in the appropriate systems.
• Assess issues, refer or escalate complex cases, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide remote support, train new team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for an ID card to access NSA Bahrain.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT III clearance (Tier 1).
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES).
• Familiarity with MHS Genesis.
• Knowledge of the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and TRICARE Overseas Program.
