Video Editor & Motion Designer Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Video Editor & Motion Designer Intern to join our agency‑based creative team in Bahrain. The role is hybrid and lasts 3 to 6 months, offering hands‑on experience producing promo ads, motion graphics and visual content for digital billboards and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Edit promo ads, short‑form videos and marketing assets for DOOH, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Create dynamic text animations, logo reveals, transitions and visual effects optimized for large‑format outdoor screens and mobile feeds.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, generate visual assets, write or enhance scripts, and produce voice‑overs.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers to translate briefs into high‑impact visual stories.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Animation, Mass Communication or a related field, residing in Bahrain.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing video editing, motion design or promotional video work.
• Strong understanding of pacing, colour grading, sound design and visual hierarchy for advertising.
• Resourceful, open to feedback and able to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
