Videographer & Content Creator

About the role

Radio Bahrain Company (RBC) is seeking a creative Videographer & Content Creator to join its on‑site team in Isa Town. The role involves capturing, producing and editing video content that reflects RBC’s brand and storytelling objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various cameras during shoots and ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and adjust studio or on‑site lighting for high‑quality visuals.
• Capture footage of events, interviews and cultural stories that showcase Bahrain.
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for radio, social media and web channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align visual content with branding and storytelling goals.
• Maintain video assets and equipment inventory.
• Deliver finished videos within tight production deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media, filmmaking or content creation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Isa Town on a full‑time basis.
• Strong time‑management skills and capacity to meet fast‑paced deadlines.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively with creative colleagues.
• Passion for showcasing Bahrain’s culture through visual storytelling.
