Villa Attendant

About the role

The Villa Attendant will ensure that each private pool villa meets the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and guest service. Working within the luxury Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, you will support both guest satisfaction and the operational efficiency of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and inspect all assigned villas according to housekeeping standards.
• Report and follow‑up maintenance work orders, coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Engineering department.
• Maintain vacant villas in a clean, inspected status throughout the day.
• Respond to guest requests and preferences within 10 minutes.
• Communicate villa status continuously with the Housekeeping Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Uphold Accor Hotel values in all interactions with colleagues and guests.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Professional appearance and grooming at all times.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
