Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to shape and execute our visual storytelling across all retail touchpoints. This remote, full‑time position will drive brand consistency, enhance customer experience, and support commercial objectives through innovative visual concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Create seasonal concepts, product displays, and visual storytelling frameworks.
• Establish and maintain visual standards, guidelines, and brand presentation principles.
• Collaborate with retail, marketing, product, creative, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze customer behavior, retail trends, and merchandising performance to inform decisions.
• Plan and manage store layouts, product placement, displays, and promotional installations.
• Oversee visual merchandising projects, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with store teams, designers, suppliers, and external agencies.
• Evaluate display effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Present strategies and performance insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, Marketing, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, brand experience, or store operations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing visual merchandising strategies.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
