Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. The role involves supervising a team, managing stock flow and ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency in handling goods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Lead, motivate and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, handling of damaged goods and returns.
• Organise warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Train staff on procedures, health and safety and equipment use.
• Prepare operational reports on stock, productivity and performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflow and cost control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics or inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, stock control and dispatch operations.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
