Wedding Designer – Creative Décor Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Wedding Designer to lead our wedding décor and event design function in Bahrain. You will shape memorable wedding experiences by crafting unique themes, stage setups, and overall venue aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the wedding design and décor department.
• Create and plan wedding themes, stage setups, gift areas, and overall venue aesthetics.
• Select and coordinate colour palettes, floral arrangements, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate closely with the event management team to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee high‑quality décor delivery.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations and reflect current luxury wedding trends.
• Manage multiple wedding design projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wedding design, event décor, luxury events, or event management.
• Strong creativity and excellent attention to detail.
• Presentable, polished, and professional personality.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project‑management abilities.
