Wellness Support Lead

About the role

The Wellness Support Lead will establish and manage the regional wellness function, designing and delivering comprehensive wellness programs that add value to the company’s products and services for existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, market and execute wellness initiatives aligned with customer needs.
• Gather and analyse data to measure program success and produce statistical reports.
• Support Business Development teams with wellness presentations for tender submissions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end wellness campaigns and discount packages for payers, brokers and insured members.
• Maintain the monthly wellness calendar and provider wellness database.
• Collaborate with MARCOM, MPM, HR and external healthcare providers to create communication materials, negotiate health‑check packages and secure discounts.
• Stay updated on national wellness trends and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Lead special projects, coordinating logistics and support functions as needed.
