Workshop Support Assistant

About the role

The Workshop Support Assistant helps assemble and test products in Sulzer’s manufacturing environment. Working under supervision, you will contribute to maintaining production quality and efficiency while learning essential production techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and testing products.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Report defects and support troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools and workstations.
• Document production activities.
• Learn and apply production techniques.

Required profile

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures after initial training.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
