ACC Specialist – Freight Pricing

About the role

The ACC Specialist will support DHL Global Forwarding’s air, ocean and road freight business by implementing the AFR pricing strategy and handling pricing enquiries. You will work closely with airlines, customers and internal teams to ensure competitive rates and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute plans and processes to implement the AFR pricing strategy.
• Respond to pricing enquiries efficiently and competitively.
• Monitor and update local tariffs in a timely manner.
• Develop high‑priority RFQs, provide guidance and conduct launch calls for critical RFQs.
• Prepare day‑to‑day shipment documentation, assist in tender development and ensure on‑time submission of required documents.
• Maintain databases to enable quick responses to network queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and airline partners, participating in negotiations.
• Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, negotiate cost‑effective rates and meet service specifications.
• Support less experienced team members and resolve day‑to‑day delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in freight pricing, logistics or related fields.
