Aftersales Manager Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager Service & Parts to lead its service and parts operations in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time role will drive profitability, ensure high customer satisfaction and oversee a high‑performing aftersales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service and parts departments to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability and revenue streams.
• Handle escalated customer complaints to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage parts inventory, including stock levels, ordering and logistics.
• Monitor departmental performance against KPIs and financial budgets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strategic thinking to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related software.
