About the role

Talentspoc is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Bahrain. The successful candidate will deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients pre‑operatively through medical history review and physical examination.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor vital signs during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure smooth peri‑operative care.
• Manage and respond swiftly to anesthesia‑related complications.
• Provide post‑operative pain management and recovery monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and clinical protocols.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency or specialization in Anesthesiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Bahrain.
• Minimum three years of experience as an Anesthesiologist.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pain management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
