About the role
The Apex Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its Fund Administration team in Bahrain. This senior‑level position focuses on delivering high‑quality fund administration services for real‑asset funds, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities.
- Perform detailed reviews of client quarterly and annual reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all reporting deliverables meet high standards, are delivered on time, and adhere to applicable accounting standards, fund documentation, local regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Review annual financial statements and oversee client audit processes.
Required profile
- Proactive and independent approach to client service delivery.
- Experience in fund administration, preferably with real‑asset or real‑estate funds.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements relevant to fund administration.
