Key responsibilities

• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with Yokogawa factories and global operations teams for order execution.
• Track manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.
• Follow up on production status, lead times, and shipment readiness.
• Expedite critical orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Address order‑related customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support commercial teams in achieving customer delivery commitments.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical).
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered.
• Driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of engineering products and industrial automation systems.
• Understanding of order execution and supply‑chain processes.
• Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft applications.
