Automotive Parts Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Parts Sales Advisor to join Zayani Motors’ expanding automotive division in Sitrah, Bahrain. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering exceptional service to workshop and bodyshop customers while supporting the parts department’s operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter and provide accurate quotations to workshops and bodyshops.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective accounts to grow market share.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate parts or substitutes, and share technical knowledge.
• Track and follow up on orders, coordinating with inventory teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Maintain customer records in CRM software, generate call reports and submit expense reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in automotive, machinery or industrial parts.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts, mechanical components and their technical applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
