Automotive Parts Sales Advisor

About the role

Zayani Motors is looking for a motivated Automotive Parts Sales Advisor to join its expanding automotive division in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing quotations, and supporting the parts department’s operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter and prepare quotations for workshops and body shops.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective accounts to grow market share.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate parts or substitutes, and share technical knowledge.
• Track orders, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Update customer records in CRM software, generate call reports, and submit expense reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in automotive, machinery, or industrial parts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components and technical applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.
