Barista & Senior Barista – Café Team

About the role

We are a growing café and hospitality company seeking enthusiastic Barista and Senior Barista professionals to deliver high‑quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, preparing a variety of beverages while maintaining our standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, tea and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and POS systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Take customer orders, process payments and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, ingredients and report replenishment needs.
• Assist with receiving, storing, inventory checks and daily preparation of supplies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• For Senior Barista: train and guide junior baristas, help achieve sales targets and stay updated on coffee trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista or Senior Barista in a café or similar setting.
• Strong passion for coffee, hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Relevant coffee or hospitality certification is a plus.
