CCTV Department Manager

About the role

The CCTV Department Manager leads all CCTV operations, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and system performance across client sites. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Manama with a mix of on‑site and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CCTV operators, including shift allocation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor live video feeds, identify security incidents, and ensure timely escalation and reporting.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and technical support with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident logs, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to optimise workflows, train staff, and improve compliance.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience, including staff training and performance oversight.
• Background in security operations, incident reporting, risk assessment, and coordination with emergency response teams.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills for client and senior‑management interaction.
• Ability to work reliably in a hybrid environment, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
• Relevant security‑related qualification or diploma; a bachelor’s degree in security management, engineering, or related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards for surveillance.
