Chief Technical Officer (CTO) – Lead Technology Strategy

About the role

The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will be the primary technology leader, shaping the company’s vision, driving innovation, and delivering secure, scalable digital solutions. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands‑on expertise in modern web, cloud, and enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the technology roadmap and digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead engineering teams through full‑stack development, cloud operations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Oversee development of web applications using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure clean code, technical documentation, and rigorous quality assurance.
• Design and maintain REST APIs, database integrations, and system connectivity.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
• Implement robust security, data protection, and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate ERP integrations and collaborate with third‑party technology partners.
• Mentor engineering talent, foster a culture of technical excellence, and drive workflow automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven senior technical leadership experience, preferably as a CTO or equivalent.
• Strong hands‑on background in building and scaling web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
