Cluster Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Cluster Housekeeping Manager leads the daily operations of the housekeeping department across multiple properties, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet Accor’s high standards of cleanliness and order. This role combines operational oversight with staff leadership to deliver a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping activities, guaranteeing clean and orderly facilities and guestrooms.
• Ensure all team members comply with local regulations and Accor’s safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Monitor project milestones, departmental goals, and budget adherence.
• Organise workflow, delegate tasks, and confirm associates understand their responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Professional demeanor with strong human‑resources management and business‑acumen capabilities.
• Fluent in English with conversational Arabic or Hindi.
• Team‑player attitude and dedication to service excellence.
