Construction Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out (10 positions)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Supervisors to lead interior fit‑out projects for a leading construction company in Bahrain. Ten positions are available for candidates with strong joinery and factory‑operations background.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for interior fit‑out works, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage a workforce of 30‑40 skilled workers, coordinating tasks and schedules.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and report status to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, suppliers, and client representatives.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in construction, specifically interior fit‑out or joinery.
• Proven ability to lead a crew of 30‑40 workers in a factory or site environment.
• Experience in handling large‑scale projects within the Gulf region is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Bahrain; candidates must be Indian nationals.
