Cook II – Full-time Kitchen Role in Manama

About the role
We are seeking a Cook II to join our kitchen team at our Manama property. The successful candidate will prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling and measuring.
- Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely.
- Prepare cold foods and assemble dishes for service.
- Monitor food quality, test doneness and ensure correct temperatures.
- Set‑up and break down work stations, clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety, security and hygiene policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 25 lb throughout the shift.
Required skills
- Food preparation and portioning.
- Operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Food safety and hygiene practices.
