Country Manager - Bahrain

About the role

The leading fashion group in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to own the full P&L and drive commercial performance across its multi‑brand, multi‑store retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets and overall commercial results.
• Lead and oversee multi‑brand, multi‑store operations, ensuring targets for sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), productivity, shrinkage and profitability are met.
• Coach, develop and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers and store staff, with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identify under‑performing locations or categories and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market and customer behavior.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, business growth and high‑performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
