Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused and professional Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across phone, email, live chat, social media and other channels. You will act as the primary point of contact for product, service, order and technical inquiries, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication platforms, providing clear and accurate information.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, cancellations and technical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, update account information and log service requests in the CRM system.
• Track open cases, monitor resolution progress and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, finance, technical support and product teams to address customer concerns.
• Identify recurring issues, provide feedback for process improvement and contribute to service quality initiatives.
• Handle challenging conversations with empathy, patience and sound judgment while protecting customer data.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure or sensitive situations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn company products, policies, promotions and FAQs thoroughly.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for documenting and tracking customer interactions.
