About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products, services and account matters.
• Investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Record interactions, requests, feedback and resolutions accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Share recurring issues with relevant teams and suggest process improvements.
• Assist customers with account updates, orders, service requests and general inquiries.
