About the role
A leading restaurant group serving modern Arabic cuisine in Bahrain is looking for DCDP professionals to work in the grill and cold kitchen sections. The position focuses on food preparation, supporting the kitchen sections, and ensuring hygiene and food quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work onsite in the restaurant’s kitchen, contributing to daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Provide support to the grill and cold kitchen sections during service.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Relevant kitchen experience, preferably in grill or cold kitchen operations.
- Ability to follow food preparation standards and recipes.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Capability to work effectively within a professional kitchen environment.
- Interest in modern Arabic cuisine and willingness to learn.
