About the role
Global Vibe Technology is hiring Desktop Support Engineers to provide onsite IT dispatch services across Bahrain. The role involves delivering desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, installations, maintenance and other on‑site IT tasks at client locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and resolve hardware and software issues on site at various client locations.
- Carry out installations, routine maintenance and hardware troubleshooting for client equipment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in desktop support or general IT support.
- Available to travel across Bahrain and perform on‑site assignments on a dispatch basis.
- Demonstrates strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Capable of handling both hardware and software support tasks.
