DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Manager/Engineer to design, implement and optimise scalable infrastructure, automation frameworks and continuous delivery pipelines. You will work closely with software engineers, QA, security, cloud architects and IT operations to accelerate software delivery and improve system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing and release.
• Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions for real‑time performance insight.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management, secrets handling and compliance monitoring.
• Develop automation scripts, configuration‑management processes and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Strong collaboration skills with development, security and operations teams.
• Ability to lead, mentor and promote DevOps best practices across the organisation.
