DevOps Manager / Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Manager / Engineer to design, implement and optimise scalable infrastructure and automation frameworks. You will lead the creation of continuous delivery pipelines that enable fast, secure and reliable software releases across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and release processes.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions for real‑time system insight.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management and secrets handling.
• Develop automation scripts, configuration‑management processes and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and operating cloud‑native environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and automation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with development, QA, security and operations teams.
