Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced aviation engineering professional to lead a high‑performing team within a fast‑paced, world‑class cargo airline. Reporting to the Director – Technical, the Engineering Manager will head the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and be responsible for technical services, airline maintenance, technical records and the technical library while overseeing project management and fleet airworthiness.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, revise and manage maintenance and reliability programmes.
• Instigate and control the review and implementation of incoming FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Prioritise work requirements and maintain aircraft serviceability through weekly project meetings.
• Lead the engineering team, including recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Oversee technical services, airline maintenance, technical records and the technical library.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years in technical services.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Preferably hold an EASA, FAA or ICAO engineering licence.
• Experience with Part‑145 and Part‑CAMO regulations.
