Financial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Financial Manager to analyse daily financial activities and provide strategic advice to senior leadership. The role supports sound business decisions and helps the company achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and propose strategic directions for the company.
• Maintain the overall financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and compare actual performance against business plans.
• Develop financial trends and projections for the firm.
• Identify and evaluate cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and design frameworks to achieve them.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.
• Coordinate with other departments to discuss plans and agree on future directions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Financial Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in Bahrain.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of financial trends, market patterns, and statutory regulations.
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
