Forward-Deployed Solution Engineer - International

About the role

NODA is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to lead the deployment and technical delivery of its URZA platform for defense and intelligence customers. The role involves extensive forward‑deployed work, partnering with mission leads and field operations in Department of War and military environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end URZA deployments at customer sites, configuring the system for each mission and concept of operations.
• Integrate URZA with third‑party command‑and‑control systems, sensors, APIs and external data feeds such as weather and intelligence.
• Conduct technical reviews, operator training, and produce runbooks, deployment guides, and after‑action reports.
• Mentor mid‑level Solution Engineers and build reusable engagement scaffolding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with significant customer‑facing or forward‑deployed work.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated deployment experience in Department of War, military, or comparable operational environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, C++ or Rust.
• Advanced Linux fluency.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, routing) and field debugging across system layers.
