About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our team at Azadea Foundation in Manama. The role involves delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring smooth dining operations, and collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff. This is a full-time, on-site position in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange table set‑ups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Greet guests, present menus, assist with item selection, take orders and serve food promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff provide friendly, professional, and timely service; report any discrepancies or complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
- Take orders and guide runners while maintaining quality standards.
Required profile
- High School Degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
