Graphic Design Intern

About the role

Playbook is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Graphic Design Intern to join its design team in Manama. The intern will assist in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, supporting the brand’s mission to empower women entrepreneurs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, event materials, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Assist with layout design and refine existing brand assets.
• Prepare files for production and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images to match Playbook’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and community teams to maintain consistent branding.
• Contribute fresh design ideas during brainstorming sessions and help organize the asset library.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or comparable vector‑design software.
• Experience in image editing and layout design.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency.
