Human Resources Manager

About the role

Monerti, a licensed property management company in Bahrain, is looking for a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead all core HR functions. You will work on‑site, partnering with leadership to build an inclusive, high‑performance culture that supports the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee performance management cycles and support learning & development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations in line with Bahrain labour legislation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and Bahrain labour laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
• Previous HR management or senior HR generalist experience in property management or a similar industry is advantageous.
• Commitment to confidentiality, diversity, and ethical HR practices.
