Junior Crane Technician – Mobile Cranes

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Crane Technician to join our team in Salmabad. You will work on a diverse fleet of Liebherr, Demag and Grove mobile cranes, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently on a variety of projects across Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on mobile cranes.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults and execute corrective actions.
• Provide on‑site field service support at project locations when required.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical or heavy‑equipment engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile crane models, especially Liebherr LTM (2015+), Demag AC (2006+), and Grove GMK (2024+).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and service documentation.
• Commitment to safety and reliable lifting operations.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Salmabad and respond to occasional after‑hours call‑outs.
