Junior Logistics Coordinator – Bahrain

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator (Bahraini National) to support factory completion, shipment monitoring and customer coordination. The role offers exposure to international logistics processes within a global industrial automation leader.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily factory completion status, prepare shipment‑ready lists and coordinate priority with Senior Logistics Coordinators.
• Obtain customer confirmations, communicate shipment readiness and escalate delayed responses.
• Work with logistics vendors, freight forwarders and transport providers to arrange bookings, pickups and track progress.
• Execute shipments according to Incoterms, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery, update internal stakeholders and raise issues to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping or supply‑chain coordination, preferably with international shipments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to ERP or cloud platforms such as SAP, AWS or similar dashboards.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation requirements.
